The concave curves were constructed from chipboards. After that the closed cell foam was glued to it. Closed cell foam is the type used under vinyl roofs. It can take a lot of pressure without collapsing. This is the type to use in the interior. Besides, you can sculpture a pattern into it.

Foam is on in the rear corner.


And the leather has been glued on.


The ceiling console and the leather ceiling with flames has been installed. Here I glued another layer of foam, with the flame pattern to the ceiling before the leather went up.The sun-visors are still missing, but will be screwed onto the mahogany trim panel above the window.


Looks like a rat's nest, but it is very crowded in there, and pretty neat in fact....

Here is the final result before the ceiling has been glued in. The ceiling is the same leather as the walls.

Almost ready. The leather around the door window is still missing as is the carpet.

This is how I sculpted the flames into the doors, just by carving out a grove in the closed cell foam..
