Year 2002 passed quickly and although Wim and I did work almost 8 hours per week, it took a long time to get all the details worked out. I also spent a lot of time off Curacao during 2002. By July 2003 the car went the first time to the painter, and a little later we had the chassis back and by December the body was ready for assembly. The flames were not on yet, so there was still another round at the painter before ready.

While the body was being smoother out by Carlos and Ranfor, Wim and I assembled the chassis and the engine.

The front was difficult to get together, so many
parts that are basically independent, but must
fit together in the end. But while I was in Holland
Wim battled with it for weeks until it looked nice.

End 2003 and it is time to put it all together
after it had been painted. Now it is real fun...
